BeShapy Return & Exchange Policy

Your comfort is our priority. This policy outlines the conditions for requesting exchanges, store credit, or warranty support for items included in your Recovery Bag.

What You Can Expect


BeShapy supports:

  • Exchanges for fajas only

  • Store credit for fajas only

  • Warranty support for manufacturing defects (select items)

  • We do not offer refunds.

No other items in the Recovery Bag are eligible for exchange or store credit unless covered by warranty.

Approved returns must be shipped within 14 calendar days of authorization.

Eligibility Checklist for Faja Exchange or Store Credit

To be eligible, fajas must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • Have all original tags and packaging

  • Be free of stains, odors, deodorant, or perfume

  • Have been tried on over underwear only

  • Include clear front and back photos submitted via the Return Request Form

Fajas that do not meet these conditions will be denied. Denied items can be returned to you only if you provide a prepaid shipping label.

Store Credit (Fajas Only)

  • Issued for the full value of approved faja.

  • Does not expire

Warranty Coverage

You may submit a warranty claim within 30 calendar days of delivery for any item in your Recovery Bag that has a clear manufacturing defect.

Covered Issues:

  • Fabric defects

  • Seam or stitching issues

  • Faulty construction or malfunction

Not Covered:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage due to improper use, stretching, or washing

  • Sizing issues from self-measurement errors

Resolution

  • For fajas, approved claims may result in a replacement, store credit, or refund

  • For non-faja items, approved claims will result in store credit or refund, at BeShapy’s discretion

Claims must include photos and be submitted via support@beshapy.com or the Return Request Form.

Return Conditions

  • All returns must be pre-approved by Customer Support

  • Ship only to the return address provided by BeShapy

  • Unauthorized or misrouted returns will not be processed

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the issue is confirmed to be a BeShapy error

  • A tracking number must be provided

Final Sale Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:

  • Panties

  • Items marked Final Sale or Promotional

  • Free gifts or giveaways

  • All non-faja Recovery Bag items (unless covered by warranty)

  3. Wait for approval before shipping
